1. Returns and Exchanges

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

 

• Be unplayed / never used in performance conditions

• Be in its original condition, including all components, accessories, original packaging, and tags

• Be inspected and approved prior to any refund or exchange

 

Note: Due to the handcrafted and high-end nature of our instruments, this return period is shorter than for mass-market products.

 

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

 

• Custom-made or personalized instruments

• Products that have been played in concert or studio without authorization

• Damage caused by improper handling or non-compliant transportation

• Products purchased through an unauthorized reseller

 

 

3. Return Procedure

 

Please email serviceclient@lukadrums.com with the following information:

 

• Your name and order number

• The item(s) concerned

• The reason for the return

 

Once your request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions (return address, packaging requirements, and return authorization number).

 

Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.

 

If a product is received defective or non-compliant, Luka Drums will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

 

 

5. Refunds or Exchanges

 

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after approval.

 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

 

For exchanges:

 

• If the new item is more expensive, the customer will pay the difference

• If the new item is less expensive, the price difference will be refunded

 

 

6. Manufacturer’s Warranty

 

In addition to this return policy, each instrument is covered by a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship.
